Starting in Porto, the city that gave Port wine its name, you’ll be served a perfect blend of winding and challenging routes with breathtaking landscapes.
Including some iconic climbs often used in Tour of Portugal, Natural Parks, a small incursion into Spanish territory and a scenic arrival by the ocean in beautiful Viana do Castelo. An exquisite meal not to be missed.
TIMED SEGMENTS
A SPECIAL FLAVOUR OF COMPETITION
The most competitive cyclists can enjoy timed segments at each stage.
Challenge yourself and your peloton mates daily. 4 to 6 timed segments each day, allow you to fight for the ranking in each stage and for the final victory in Ride Across Douro-Minho – men and women classifications.
This more inclusive format allows cyclists to compete while still having time and freedom to socialise, regroup, stop at feed stations, ride with friends, pause, and take photos.
